Great locum opportunity for a Gastroenterologist to provide endoscopy, inpatient consults, and clinic coverage in a hospital-based setting. This role offers a steady weekday schedule with weekend call only and strong onsite clinical support.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform endoscopy procedures including ERCP (required)
• Manage inpatient GI consults
• Provide outpatient GI clinic coverage
• Handle weekend 24-hour call coverage
• Collaborate with APPs and physician colleagues
Qualifications
• Board Certified Gastroenterology (Truly BE considered)
• Active Michigan License & CSR
• ERCP Experience Required
• ACLS Certification
• DEA (or eligibility)
• Recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)
• Minimum 2–3 Years Post Fellowship Experience
Working Hours
• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekend Call: 24-Hour Call (Saturday & Sunday Only)
• No Weekday Night Call

• Advanced Endoscopy & ERCP
• Inpatient GI Consult Management
• High-Volume Scope Experience
• EMR Documentation (Cerner preferred)
• Team-Based Hospital Care
