Locum Gastroenterologist needed near Highland Park, TN.
- Coverage needed per month (24hr / hourly shifts / shifts + call, etc): 24hr call, 7am start, 7am end next day, floating between two sister facilities.
- Schedule Details: Since this is inpatient only coverage, most providers will round on their patients throughout the morning. They will then address patients in most critical to least and will perform procedures throughout the day either in the Main OR or the Endo Suite depending on assignment location.
- Support staff: None
- Department Description: 24hr call coverage for gastroenterology. Level 3 trauma center. GI bleeds, abdominal pain, food bolus, elevated liver enzymes, etc. Provider will float between sister locations. Working in endo suite and main OR.
- Patient Volume: 8 patients per day
- Patient Age Group: varies
- EMR/Documentation System: Epic
- Requirements: BC in Gastroenterology, Active TN License, DEA, ERCP, BLS
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
