Coverage Needed
- Start Date: March 25, 2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9-hour shifts with an hour lunch (8 hours billable), 15-hour call shift overnight. Weekend call 24 hours.
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time Required: 20 minutes
- Phone Consults: 2 to 4
Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
- EMR: Athena and Cerner
- Trauma Level: 2
- Patients Per Shift: Up to 12 for procedures, less inpatient
- Procedures: Upper GI endoscopy, ERCP, Diagnostic and Therapeutic procedures, Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Small Bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Endoscopic ultrasound
Requirements
- Board Certification Required
- Fellowship Preferred
- License: Must be licensed in MI
- Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges Required
- Resident or Teaching Supervision Required
- Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 60 days
