Requirements:
- Active unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine with a Subspecialty in Gastroenterology
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- DEA Certificate
- NPI
- Minimum of 2 years of GI experience. Please note: Physicians who have ever had a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
