Position Details
Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastroenterology conditions
Provide exceptional, patient-centered care
Lead and mentor physicians, APPs, and digestive health nurses
Improve and enhance clinic workflows
Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care
Develop and launch new treatment services and community outreach initiatives
Engage in strategic planning to expand the Digestive Health service line

Base Salary + WRVU Bonuses
Base Salary: $700,000 (based on experience; increased base negotiable)
Medical Director compensation provided via annual stipend or reduced RVU threshold
$40,000+ signing bonus
Income potential up to $1 million

Position Details
Standard office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Protected administrative time: 8+ hours per week
Shared call schedule: 1:4 rotation (transitioning to 1:6 with recruitment)
Telephone-only call supported by after-hours nurse triage
Half-day Fridays
Light call rotation with APP coverage
Each physician supported by a designated RN
