Schedule & Coverage:
- Days: Mondays to Fridays
- Hours: Monday-Thursday 7a-7a; Friday 7a-7p
- Call: None Clinic Hours only (No night or weekend call)
Location: Bay City, MI
Position Overview:
A leading hospital in Jackson, Michigan, is seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist with ERCP proficiency to provide locum tenens coverage in a hospital-based setting. This role offers a Schedule is Monday 7am - Friday 7pm call. No weekend call, allowing for a balanced workload in a supportive clinical environment.
You will join a collaborative GI team supported by advanced practitioners and full onsite services, including imaging and laboratory facilities.
Clinical Details:
- Duties: Daily shifts for Friday's 7a-7p, to include 4 hours of patient contact
- On call (daily) - 24-hour rate to include 8 hours gratis in house and night call Monday-Thursday
- EMR: Epic
Candidate Requirements:
- Board Certified – Required
- ERCP proficiency – Required
- DEA – Required
- Active Michigan Medical License (will only accept IMLC when dates are 60+ days out with proof of LOQ for IMLC) – Required
- Local Candidate (driving distance) – Preferred
