Position Details
- Employed Gastroenterology position
- Highly flexible model—physicians determine workload and schedule
- Compensation aligned with production
- Bread-and-butter GI with a general gastroenterology focus
- Inpatient consults and management of GI emergencies, including care for acutely ill or frail patients
- Cross-coverage call structure
- Full practice start-up and onboarding support provided
- Salary range: $450,000–$700,000 annually, based on production
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (negotiable)
- Immediate patient base with strong referral support
- Administrative and operational support to ensure a smooth ramp-up
- Collegial, team-oriented group culture
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Comfortable with inpatient consults, procedures, and urgent GI management
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
- Visa support negotiable
