Job description Build your Gastroenterology practice your way in the Boston metro area. A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join an employed group offering one of the most flexible practice models in the region. Physicians control their schedule and workload, with compensation directly tied to productivity, and step into an immediate, established patient base.

Position Details
  • Employed Gastroenterology position
  • Highly flexible model—physicians determine workload and schedule
  • Compensation aligned with production
  • Bread-and-butter GI with a general gastroenterology focus
  • Inpatient consults and management of GI emergencies, including care for acutely ill or frail patients
  • Cross-coverage call structure
  • Full practice start-up and onboarding support provided

  • Salary range: $450,000–$700,000 annually, based on production

Qualifications
  • MD or DO
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
