- Dates: ASAP-Ongoing
- Schedule: Mondays and Fridays, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Fixed day shift)
- Hospital-based: 14 patients per day
- Trauma Level: Level 2
- EMR: EPIC
- Certifications: BC, MI license, Fellowship, BLS, ACLS, BC/BE
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days
- Local Candidate required
