Locum Gastroenterologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Worswick, CA. CA license preferred.
- Schedule: 740-340pm then night call from 5pm-730 or 740 the next day.
- Weekday Clinic & Night Call: 730-330pm
- Weekend call is 24hr coverage.
- Call Type: Beeper.
- Practice Settings: Outpatient, Inpatient.
- Required Specialty Skills: Upper GI endoscopy, with biopsy, with foreign body removal, with fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser), ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography), Diagnostic, Therapeutic, With PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy), Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Esophageal manometry interpretation, Small Bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Flexible, Colonoscopy, with biopsy, with excision of polyp, Liver biopsy.
- Preferred Specia;ty Skills: Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), Insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube.
- Certification Required: BLS, Active FLURO REQUIRED.
- Licensed in CA only.
- EMR: epic.
- Credentialing: 90 - 120 days.
