• Inpatient coverage only

Coverage is Monday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM for the following weeks:

• January 19 @ 7a – January 26 @ 7a

• February 2 @ 7a – February 9 @ 7a

• February 16 @ 7a – February 23 @ 7a

• March 2 @ 7a – March 9 @ 7a

• March 16 @ 7a – March 23 @ 7a

• Anesthesia in-house 24/7

• 3 Interventional Radiology physicians on staff

• APP support Monday–Friday

• EMR: EPIC

• Dictation: Dragon

All applicants must demonstrate inpatient or consultative services for at least 24 patients in the past 12 months, with documentation of the following minimum endoscopic experience within the past 12 months:

• Diagnostic EGD: 100 procedures

• Total colonoscopy: 100 procedures

• Snare polypectomy: 20 procedures

• Non-variceal hemostasis (upper & lower): 10 active bleeders / 20 total procedures

• Variceal hemostasis: 5 active bleeders / 15 total procedures

• Esophageal dilation with guide wire: 15 procedures

• Flexible sigmoidoscopy: 25 procedures

• PEG placement: 10 procedures

• Diagnostic ERCP: 75 procedures

• Therapeutic ERCP: 25 procedures

• Includes 20 sphincterotomies and 5 stent placements

Tumor ablation: 20 procedures

Pneumatic dilation for achalasia: 5 procedures

Esophageal stent placement

EMR documentation experience required
