- Schedule: Call only (7am - 7am)

- EMR and Dictation Tools: EPIC/Dragon
Requirements
- BC/BE
- BLS
- MI license only due to timeframe
- Case Logs (must be able to demonstrate that the provider has provided inpatient or consultative services for at least 24 patients in the past 12 months and documented in that time the following minimal endoscopic experience within the past 12 months):
- Diagnostic EGD: 100 procedures
- Total Colonoscopy: 100 procedures
- Snare polypectomy: 20 procedures
- Nonvariceal hemostasis (upper and lower): 10 active bleeders and total of 20 procedures
- Variceal hemostasis: 5 active bleeders and a total of 15 procedures
- Esophageal dilation with guide wire: 15 procedures
- Flexible sigmoidoscopy: 25 procedures
- PEG: 10 procedures
- Diagnostic ERCP: 75 procedures
- Therapeutic ERCP: 25 procedures (includes 20 sphincterotomies and 5 stent placements)
- Tumor ablation: 20 procedures
- Pneumatic dilation for achalasia: 5 procedures
- Esophageal stent placement
