Gastroenterology Opening in Roanoke Rapids, NC * Seeking a board eligible or board certified General Gastroenterologist to join an established gastroenterology practice. * Full-time, permanent opening * Suffolk VA 70m; Durham 80m Opportunity Highlights Include: * Employment by system * Privileges at Hospital * Opportunity available due to practice expansion * Established practice inclusive of 2 physicians * Clinical care will include both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities * Built-in referral network from primary care practices * High quality hospitalist, general surgery, and oncology support * Procedures will include colonoscopies, flex sigs, and EGDs * Monday-Friday 8a-5p schedule will include seeing patients in an outpatient clinic as well as 2-3 procedure days per week (36 hours of patient care with 4 hours of designated administrative time) Competitive Compensation and Comprehensive Benefit Package to include: * Annual CME Stipend * Relocation, Vacation, Sick, & Holidays * Malpractice (with tail) * 401k matching program/ 457b * Medical, Dental & Vision, Disability & Life Insurance About Roanoke Rapids: Roanoke Rapids is located in northeastern North Carolina close to the Virginia border.
