We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist for a high-demand locum opportunity in Jackson, Michigan. This is an excellent outpatient-focused role offering daytime hours only, no call, and strong clinical support—ideal for providers seeking flexibility with premium compensation.

You’ll join a collaborative GI team delivering comprehensive digestive care, including colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, and advanced GI procedures, supported by experienced clinical staff and Epic EMR.

• Location: Jackson, MI

• Setting: Outpatient Digestive Health Center with hospital-based component

• Patient Volume:

  • Procedures: 30-minute colonoscopies, 30-minute EGDs, 60-minute double cases

  • Hospital-based: ~14 patients per day

• EMR: Epic

• Team: 4 physicians plus locum providers

• Coverage Need: ASAP – ongoing

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology

• Fellowship-trained in Gastroenterology

• Active Michigan license

• BLS & ACLS certifications

• Proficiency in colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, and advanced GI procedures

• Epic EMR experience preferred

• Local provider
