Gastroenterologist – Central New York - 1 hour from Syracuse; 4 hours from NYC and Boston
Opportunity Highlights
- Join a well-established, physician-owned, multi-specialty practice in Central New York
- Seeking BC/BE Gastroenterologist to help build and grow a new Gastroenterology service line
- Plan to recruit 3–4 Gastroenterologists to establish a comprehensive GI department
- Advanced endoscopic procedures welcome but not required
- Predictable schedule with strong collegial support and internal referrals
- Collaborative environment with experienced BC/BE physician partners across specialties
- Inpatient and outpatient practice mix supported by modern facilities
- Visa support available (J-1 candidates welcome)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive guaranteed base salary: $480,000–$530,000 (MGMA-aligned)
- Two-year employed agreement with opportunity to transition to shareholder status
