We are seeking an experienced Gastroenterologist for a 72-day locum tenens assignment in Ohio. This opportunity begins on May 3, 2026, and features 24-hour shifts with scheduled procedures, day and night beeper call coverage on weekdays, and 24-hour beeper call on weekends. Providers must have recent hands-on experience with EUS, ERCP (150 logs in the past 2 years), esophageal/duodenal/luminal stent placement, and colonoscopy with polypectomy.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide inpatient gastroenterology coverage, including scheduled procedures and laboratory oversight
- Manage 24-hour shifts with day and night beeper call coverage as assigned
- Perform EUS and ERCP procedures (minimum 150 ERCPs in past 2 years required)
- Conduct esophageal, duodenal, and luminal stent placements (minimum 20 in past 2 years required)
- Perform colonoscopy and polypectomy procedures (minimum 100 in past 2 years required)
- Respond to consults and emergent gastroenterology cases as needed
Additional Information
- Must hold an active Ohio medical license
- Board certification in Gastroenterology required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Recent documented experience meeting procedural volume requirements is mandatory
