- Date: ASAP - ongoing
- Schedule: ideally full-time, 8am-5pm, no call
- Open to week on/week off
- Practice Setting: Outpatient/Inpatient
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 APP, 1 office staff
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: WI license (will wait for license), BC, ACLS, BLS
- Credentialing: 90 days
