Inpatient Locum-to-Perm GI Provider
Seeking an inpatient GI provider for a locum-to-perm opportunity. The role involves hospital-based coverage performing ERCPs (required) and, ideally, EUS procedures (highly preferred). The provider will perform both outpatient and inpatient procedures, as well as consults for adult patients.

Start: October 2025 – ongoing

Call: 24-hour coverage, 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Practice Details

Setting: Hospital-based inpatient care

Procedures: ERCP required; EUS highly preferred

Volume: 3–4 outpatient procedures per day, plus inpatient procedures and consults

Patient Population: Adults only

EMR: Cerner
Key Responsibilities

Provide inpatient and outpatient GI care

Perform ERCP procedures (required)

Perform EUS procedures if able (preferred)

Conduct inpatient consults

Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3 years of residency – Required

Active Iowa license or IMLC – Required

ACLS certification – Required
