**ERCP & EUS Required**
Level I Trauma Center in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist for ongoing locums coverage beginning May 2026. This is a hospital-based GI opportunity at a Level I Trauma Center with strong procedural volume and temporary privileges available.

Coverage Need: Full-time coverage preferred; will consider physicians able to work a minimum of 7 consecutive days per month

Procedural Requirements (ERCP & EUS REQUIRED)
Candidates must be comfortable performing a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures, including:

ERCP (minimum 150 performed in the past 2 years)
-
Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
-
Esophageal, duodenal, or luminal stent placement (20 in past 2 years)
-
Colonoscopy with or without polypectomy
-
100 procedures in past 2 years at initial appointment
-
150 procedures required at reappointment
-

Diagnostic and therapeutic EGD
-
Non-variceal hemostasis (upper and lower)
-
Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG)
-
Esophageal dilation (balloon, bougie, or Savary)
-
Argon plasma coagulation (APC)
-
Biopsies of the esophagus, stomach, small bowel, and colon
-
Foreign body removal and polypectomy
-
Flexible sigmoidoscopy
-
GI motility studies and 24-hour pH monitoring
-
Enteral alimentation
Provider Requirements
-
Board-Certified or truly Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology
-
Ohio medical license required (IMLC preferred; licensing assistance available)

Minimum of 1 year experience
-
Moderate Sedation credentialing required (education and post-test completed at onboarding)
