- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 10-20 patients per shift. The need includes regular hours from 8 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday, with 5–10 procedures per day and no clinic responsibilities, followed by call coverage after onsite hospital time; candidates must hold an active Arizona license and DEA and have a clear record.

Job Responsibilities
* Cover beeper call as needed
* Manage an average of 10–20 patients per shift
* Perform 5–10 procedures per day during onsite hours
