Practice Details
- Join a physician-owned GI group with 9 gastroenterologists and 19 advanced practice providers
- Independent private practice model with no corporate oversight
- Multiple clinic locations and specialty centers across the Orlando area
- Ability to pursue general GI, interventional GI, or GI hospitalist roles
- Practice environment that supports higher volume and clinical trial participation
Schedule
- Flexible mix of clinic and procedure time
- Optional call participation, with a typical daytime inpatient ratio of 1:6-8
- Option for Saturday clinic or endoscopy if not participating in call
- Full-time GI hospitalist schedule available for those who prefer an inpatient focus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary with clear progression into higher earning tiers
- Long-term earning potential exceeding $650,000, with seven-figure income achievable
- Five weeks of PTO, paid CME, and a comprehensive benefits package
- Opportunity for ASC partnership after two years
Candidate Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Open to general GI, interventional GI, or GI hospitalist career paths
- Comfortable in a high-volume practice setting
