Practice Overview
- Hybrid clinic, hospital, and ASC model alongside two gastroenterologists and two APRNs
- Advanced case mix including ERCP, EUS, stenting, retrievals, colonoscopy, and EGD
- Guaranteed ASC block time with dedicated anesthesia and equipment
- Established referral pipeline with consistent advanced GI demand
- Dedicated clinical support team, including RNs, referral coordinator, MA, scheduler, and prior authorization staff
Schedule
- Weekly blend of outpatient procedures, clinic, and inpatient consults during call
- Manageable inpatient procedural load on call days
- Structure supports strong procedural volume without overwhelming clinic demands
- Opportunities to step into leadership within expanding GME programs
