Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (must obtain BC within 2 years of eligibility).

Valid Michigan medical license required at start.

Active DEA and active BLS certification required (must maintain recertification).

Credentialing fees are not reimbursed.
