Responsibilities: - Design, build, and lead a cutting-edge GI program aligned with the company's vision 2030 goals - Create a dynamic, academic GI division emphasizing research, education, and advanced clinical care - Develop and expand advanced GI services including complex endoscopic procedures, inpatient and outpatient GI care - Recruit, train, and inspire a multidisciplinary team including GI hospitalists, faculty, fellows, and support staff - Serve as a hands-on clinical leader, providing expert consultation and management of complex GI cases - Drive collaboration across specialties, especially in cancer care, leveraging strategic partnerships with other facilities - Ensure consistent endoscopic block time and manage robust referral volumes from day one - Foster workforce development through mentoring, training, and culture-building initiatives - Enhance access and reduce disparities by engaging with underserved communities

Requirements:
- Active NJ License or willing to obtain
- BC
- BLS, ACLS
- DEA, CSR/CDS
- Malpractice history disclosure
- Proof of COVID and Flu Vaccination
