Locum Gastroenterologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near West Canton, NC. NC license required.
- This position would include weekdays and weekends.
- Coverage: 24 hour call only, 24 hour call with some clinic hours included, Clinic coverage only.
- Call Type: Beeper.
- Practice Settings: Outpatient, Inpatient.
- We want the provider to cover both of our hospitals while on call, so that our patients and families can stay closer to home during their hospital stays.
- Required Specialty Skills: Upper GI endoscopy, with biopsy, with foreign body removal, with fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser), With injection of varices, ERCP, Diagnostic, Therapeutic, With PEG, Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Esophageal manometry interpretation, Small Bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Flexible, Rigid
- Colonoscopy, with biopsy, with excision of polyp.
- Fellowship: Preferred.
- Licensed in NC only.
- EMR: McKesson and Athena.
- Credentialing: 60 - 90 days.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
