We are seeking a Gastroenterologist for an ongoing Locum Tenens assignment in Wisconsin, focusing on a Monday-Friday schedule of clinic and procedures, with optional weekday call.
Assignment Details
- Specialty: Gastroenterology
- Start Date: January 12, 2026
- End Date: Ongoing (Through 2026)
- Coverage Type: Call + Clinic
- Call Requirement: Optional call available one day per week. No weekends.
- EMR: Epic
- License: Active Wisconsin (WI) License required.
- Credentialing Timeline: 90 Days
Schedule & Scope of Work
- Schedule: Monday - Friday.
- Monday - Tuesday: Combination of clinic and procedures, or clinic only (8-hour shifts, lunch time deducted).
- Wednesday - Friday: Typically all procedures (no clinic). Friday may be a half-day or full-day of procedures, dependent on GI suite availability.
- Procedures: Must be proficient in Colonoscopy and EGD.
- Offsite Duties: The locum is expected to review results when offsite after the assignment is completed and provide recommendations on what needs to be shared with the patients.
Available Dates (Initial Blocks)
- January 12 – 23, 2026
- February 2 – 13, 2026
- March 9 – 27, 2026
- Additional weeks are available through 2026.
