We are seeking a Board-Eligible (BE) Gastroenterologist for an ongoing Locum Tenens opportunity in New Mexico, focused on procedures and call coverage with minimal clinic duties.
Assignment Details
- Specialty: Gastroenterology
- Start Date: December 1, 2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- EMR: Athena & Meditech
- License: Active New Mexico (NM) License required.
- Credentialing Timeline: 90 Days
Schedule & Commitment
- Commitment: 1–2 weeks of coverage needed per month.
- Hospital Coverage: Includes up to 8 hours per day of scheduled outpatient procedures.
Scope of Work & Requirements
- Required Experience: ERCP Experience is required.
- Support: The clinic is supported by a very experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to help see patients.
Requirements
- Certification: Board-Eligible (BE).
- Life Support: BLS required.
