Job description
We are seeking a Locums Gastroenterology Physician to provide coverage in Gardner, Massachusetts, starting as soon as possible. This is a bread-and-butter GI position with an emphasis on endoscopic procedures. ERCP experience is highly desired, though not mandatory if not available.
Compensation: $450 Per Hour
Position Details:
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Duration: 2–3 months minimum, with possible extension
- Schedule: Full or Part Time
- Call Coverage: 7 days of call during rotation
Procedures:
- Upper and lower endoscopy
- Colonoscopies
- ERCP (preferred)
Setting:
- Inpatient and outpatient
- EMR: Meditech Expanse (inpatient) and Athena (outpatient)
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Massachusetts medical license – Required
- DEA – Required
- ACLS/BLS – Preferred
