Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced endoscopic procedures, including but not limited to:
- Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)
- Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
- Manage outpatient consultations for complex gastrointestinal and pancreaticobiliary disorders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgery, oncology, and radiology for coordinated patient management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to research and innovation in therapeutic endoscopy.
- Ensure compliance with TGH Digestive Health policies, guidelines, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EPIC
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Gastroenterology.
- Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship training (minimum one year) from an accredited program.
- Valid medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Florida.
- Current DEA certification
- Demonstrated proficiency in both diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to clinical excellence and innovation.

- Experience in program development in advanced endoscopy.
- Perform advanced endoscopic procedures, such as:
- Endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR)
- Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD)
- Endoluminal stenting and dilations
- Endoscopic management of pancreaticobiliary diseases
- Barrett’s esophagus and early neoplasia therapies
