Gastroenterologist with ERCP skills needed for beautiful Hudson Valley community practice affiliated with a hospital. Employed position with competitive compensation plan and benefits (health, dental, vision, disability), retirement plan, expenses for license/dues/CME, generous PTO plan, paid medical malpractice including tail coverage.

Job Description:


Compensation : $350000 - $425000 Job ID : 34031

Job Function:

  • Hospital partners with local GIs in the community currently and with a pending retirement want to hire someone in house to do heavy ERCP work.
  • Expect program to be approx 1 day a week in the office and the remaining four days in the hospital doing procedures or consults.
  • Large panel of advanced endoscopy and ERCP patients for incoming physician.
  • Hospital has partnership with NYC-based academic hospital and IM residents so involvement exists for collaboration.
  • Strong referral network and patient-centered medical home with the affiliate hospital and larger ACO network.

Job Requirements:

  • NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred), but not required.
  • Training in Gastroenterology or Gastroenterology-Advanced Endoscopy.
  • New graduates completing training in the next 12 months encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
