Position Overview
Ghost RX is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist (Internal Medicine with a Subspecialty in Gastroenterology) to provide onsite clinical services to eligible veterans at the Department of Veterans Affairs Finger Lakes Health Care System. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive Gastroenterology clinical services including consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions.

Be present and on time for all scheduled clinics and procedures.

Perform the full range of endoscopic procedures, including but not limited to:

Colonoscopy (diagnostic, with biopsy, polyp/tumor removal, ablation, bleeding control)

Colonoscopy via colostomy
-
EGD (Esophagogastroduodenoscopy) – diagnostic, with biopsy, dilation, bleeding control, and lesion/polyp removal

Flexible Sigmoidoscopy with biopsy, snare, ablation, or bleeding control

PEG tube replacement

Qualifications
-
Unrestricted medical license in the United States

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine with a Subspecialty in Gastroenterology (ABIM)

Current DEA License
-
Current BLS and ACLS Certifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in gastroenterology practice preferred
Schedule
-
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Standard clinic schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week (flexible scheduling options may be available)
