This is a full-time General Gastroenterology opening in Berkeley Heights, an affluent, top-rated suburb, where a respected multispecialty group is adding to its GI team following recent physician transitions. The panel is built, the referral base is strong, and the location is hard to beat.


Practice Details


  • Join a collegial GI team of 7 physicians and 4 APPs with robust clinical support
  • Primarily general GI with opportunity to develop a focus in gastric disorders
  • Endoscopic procedures performed at two ASCs, including one on-site; clinic averages 15 patients per day with 5-7 new visits
  • Call is shared evenly at approximately 1:7; the inpatient hospital is 10-12 minutes away

Compensation & Benefits


  • Base salary of $475,000-$550,000 with RVU productivity upside beginning day one; total earning potential exceeds $800,000
  • Sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, and retention bonus included
  • Up to 30 days PTO, CME stipend, malpractice with tail, and 401(k) with immediate vesting
