Location: Tennessee! We are willing to license qualified candidates, so let's chat even if you don't have an active TN license yet.

Workload: 24-hour call shifts, but you're only required to be in-house for about 10 hours of that time (7 AM to 7 AM).

Flexibility: You'll be floating between two sister hospital facilities, with flexible scheduling to meet coverage needs.

Patient Focus: It's a Level 3 trauma center, so you'll be managing high-acuity cases like GI bleeds, abdominal pain, food bolus, and elevated liver enzymes.

Volume: Around 8 patients per day for rounding and consults—a manageable census for this type of role.

Setting: Inpatient only, working in the Endo Suite and Main OR.

EMR: They use EPIC.
💡 Key Requirements

Must Have: Board Certification (BC) in Gastroenterology.

Critical Skill: ERCP proficiency is a must for this position.

Independence: You need to be comfortable working solo on call, as there is no dedicated in-house support staff for this coverage.

Certifications: Current BLS.
