Job description
We are seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist for an ongoing locum tenens assignment in North Dakota. This is a fully outpatient role with no call responsibilities. The position involves performing a wide range of endoscopic procedures with the support of an experienced clinical team.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct upper and lower GI endoscopies with biopsies, polyp removal, and therapeutic interventions
• Work alongside a dedicated team including CRNAs, RNs, and technicians
• Complete documentation within scheduled hours
• Maintain high-quality standards in patient care and safety
Qualifications
• Active or eligible North Dakota medical license
• Strong procedural experience in both upper and lower GI endoscopy
Working Hours
• 5x8 schedule; 40 hours per week
• No on-call duties
• Initial coverage: 11/10–11/14, 11/17–11/21, 11/24–11/26
• Ongoing coverage starting January 2026
