Join a well-supported, long-term locum opportunity just 20 minutes outside a major Tennessee city and airport—making travel seamless and offering access to vibrant outdoor activities including hiking, lakes, and scenic trails.
Position Details:
- Start Date: Ongoing, with confirmed schedule through December 2026
- Contract Length: Long-term
- Schedule: 24-hour call shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
- Coverage: Weekly rotating blocks between two hospitals
Clinical Scope:
- Common cases: GI bleeds, abdominal pain, food bolus impaction, elevated liver enzymes
- Work settings: Endoscopy suite and Main OR
- Average patient volume: 8/day
- Trauma Level: III
- EMR: Epic
- Support: OR and in-house endoscopy nurses
- Patient population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- ERCP proficiency required
- DEA and BLS certifications
- Clean professional background
