Scope of Work:
- Evaluate and manage a variety of gastrointestinal conditions in adult patients
- Perform upper and lower endoscopic procedures (scopes required)
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, scopes)
- Provide consults and follow-up care for chronic and acute GI conditions
- Collaborate with onsite staff and referring providers
- Complete documentation and patient charting in a timely manner
- GERD, IBS, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis
- Gastritis, peptic ulcers, celiac disease
- Hepatitis, liver disease, gallbladder issues
- GI bleeding, colorectal cancer screening
- New York Medical License
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Outpatient experience required
