General Gastroenterology – Wenatchee, WA

Position Overview
A highly respected and collegial gastroenterology group in central Washington is seeking two Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologists to join its established team. This position offers a balanced mix of procedures and clinic visits, a manageable call schedule, and the chance to work alongside an intellectually curious team of specialists who genuinely enjoy practicing together.

Position Highlights

  • Join a collegial GI team of 8 physicians and 6 APPs, including:

    • 5 General GI, 2 Therapeutic GI, 1 Motility Specialist, and 1 Hepatologist.

  • Practice mix of 70% procedures / 30% clinic visits.

  • 1:8 call rotation—covers only one hospital with strong hospitalist support (no admissions).

  • Outpatient clinic rotations include outreach to Omak and Moses Lake.

  • 5-day work week with flexibility to consider a 4-day compressed schedule for the right candidate.

  • Interest in IBD is a plus.

  • EPIC EMR for streamlined documentation and workflow.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive first-year salary, plus RVU bonus potential.

  • Generous time off and CME allowance.

  • Signing bonus and relocation assistance up to $20,000.

  • Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement with employer match.

  • Internal student loan repayment program available.

  • One-year physician partnership track.

What We’re Looking For

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.

  • Eligibility for Washington State medical license.

  • Interest in contributing to a growing, team-based GI program.

Why Wenatchee?

  • Over 200 days of sunshine annually with access to skiing, hiking, fishing, rafting, and more.

  • Family-friendly community with excellent schools and a vibrant arts and culture scene.

  • Affordable living, low power rates, and no state income tax.

  • Conveniently located between Seattle and Spokane—ideal for physicians seeking small-town comfort with city access.
