Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its expanding GI Hospitalist program in Bristol, Tennessee. This opportunity offers an innovative hospitalist model with highly competitive compensation, protected time off, and strong administrative support.
#### Practice Overview:
Hospital-employed opportunity – not locums
Shift-based hospitalist coverage model with 14–18 protected days off per month
Coverage includes:
- General GI clinic
- Endoscopic procedures
- Hospital call
APP support available
Flexible scheduling (10–14 days/month or week-on/week-off)
Focus on patient care while administrative functions (billing, overhead, office management) are fully supported
Physician-led medical group with opportunities for research, mentorship, teaching, and leadership
