Location appeal — lakeshore living in Sheboygan, 1 hr from Milwaukee, 2 hrs from Chicago.

Ongoing runway — long-term need, open to 1 FTE locum or 2 docs splitting blocks.

Expected Call Volume (24 hrs)

Procedural Duties
Required:
-
Upper GI endoscopy (biopsy, foreign body removal)
-
Colonoscopy (biopsy, polypectomy)
Preferred:
-
Cautery/fulguration of bleeder

Variceal injection therapy
-
Small bowel biopsy
-
Lower GI scopes
Not Required:
-
ERCP, PEG, EUS, esophageal manometry/dilation, liver biopsy, sigmoidoscopy, Blakemore tube
Facility & Support
-
Hospital: 100 beds | 12 PPS

System EMR: Epic
-
Support: GI lab staff, RNs, hospitalist backup
-
Credentialing: 60–90 days (IMLC accepted)

Travel/Lodging/Licensing: Fully covered or reimbursed
Qualifications
-
MD/DO, BC/BE in Gastroenterology
-
Wisconsin license or IMLC eligible
-
Competence in upper/lower endoscopy with biopsies/polypectomy
