Position Highlights
- Guaranteed base salary of $600,000 plus productivity bonus
- Generous signing bonus and relocation assistance
- Flexible schedule, including a 4-day workweek option
- 1:6 call rotation (no more frequent than 1:4) at a Level II trauma center
- Immediate patient demand with dozens of procedures waiting
- Collaborative team culture—physicians socialize outside of work
- Operational support: external APPs for inbox management and added APP coverage for clinic and follow-ups
- 6 weeks of PTO plus CME allowance
- Comprehensive benefits, malpractice with tail, and retirement match
