Details: FT, permanent M-F schedule No call, nights or weekends High starting Salary; RVU model; fully ramped GIs make $750k - $1mm Outpatient position * First 2 years: The only hospital time is 2 days/month to treat high acuity patients that can’t be seen in outpatient clinic. * After 2 years: No hospital time at all. Comp/Benefits: High starting Salary with RVU model * Graduating fellows: High $500Ks * Experienced candidates: $600Ks * $55 per RVU, care team model * Fully ramped up Gastroenterologists earn $750k - $1M per year Great benefits - free health, dental, vision, and disability for the hired GI and their family 401k 25 days PTO/5 days CME per year
