Pay & Benefits:

Pay Range: $350 – $375/hour

24-hour Call Rate: $6,296/day

Holiday & Overtime Rate: 1.3x regular rate

All travel, lodging, and transportation covered within client caps (flight up to $800 roundtrip, lodging up to $200/night, rental car up to $45/day)

Procedures:

Upper GI endoscopy

Small bowel biopsy

Lower GI endoscopy
-
Sigmoidoscopy
-
Colonoscopy
Requirements:
-
Board Certified in Gastroenterology
-
Active Arizona medical license (no exceptions)
-
DEA required
-
Fellowship required
-
ACLS & BLS certifications required
-
Clean record for expedited credentialing (next-day approval possible)
