🩺 Position: Locum – Physician – Gastroenterology
📅 Shifts: 24-hour call (7a–7a), 5–7 shifts per month, including weekends & holidays
💼 Job Description
Join a Level 1 Trauma Center providing inpatient GI coverage. You’ll handle scoping, ERCP, EUS, GI bleeds, and consults with access to state-of-the-art facilities and EPIC EMR.
Job Responsibilities
Perform ERCP & EUS (required)
Handle GI bleeds, endoscopies, and emergent scopes
Collaborate with intensivists & hospitalists (closed ICU model)
Qualifications
Active CO License or IMLC (LOQ in hand) – Required
DEA – Required
GI Fellowship – Required
ERCP & EUS skills – Required
Clean malpractice history preferred
Working Hours
On Call (Daily): Up to $3,840 per 24 hrs (includes 8 gratis hrs)
Callback Rate: $425/hr
Average Callback: 8–10 hrs/day
Holiday Call: Premium rates available
Monthly Earning Potential: $20K–$25K+ (with 5–7 shifts)
