Gastroenterology Locums Physician in Idaho - 1 to 3 Weeks Per Month
General GI assignment in Idaho with block scheduling, ERCP required, and full travel included near Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC).
Highlights
- 1 to 3 weeks per month; you choose the blocks
- Block scheduling: Monday to Monday with 24-hour call
- ERCP required; EUS optional
- Call taken from hotel; typically light
Practice Setting
- Mix of inpatient consults and hospital-based outpatient procedures
- 4 physicians and multiple APPs (APPs manage clinic only)
- Anesthesia-supported procedures; no CRNA
- Adults only
Schedule
- Morning rounds, 4-6 outpatient procedures, afternoon consults
- 24-hour call coverage while on-site
- Flexible blocks still available through summer
Cases and Procedures
- General GI including consults, rounding, and scopes
- 6-8 consults/day and 1-3 inpatient procedures
- ERCP required; EUS not required
Requirements
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Idaho license or IMLC LOQ
- BLS and DEA required
Travel Accommodations
- Travel fully covered: airfare, hotel, rental car, and mileage
- Near Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC)
