Looking for a lucrative, limited-time opportunity with breathtaking views and high-impact work? We’re seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist to provide holiday and ongoing locum coverage in Lakewood, Colorado—just minutes from Denver and the Rocky Mountains!
This inpatient, 24-hour call role is perfect for GI physicians comfortable with ERCP and EUS procedures and open to working select high-earning dates, including the December holiday stretch (Dec 23 – Jan 1) and ongoing dates into 2026.

Schedule: 5–7 shifts/month | 24-hour call (7 AM–7 AM)

Standard 24-hr Call: $4,100/day (includes 4 gratis hours)

🔧 Procedures & Responsibilities:

ERCP & EUS (required)
-
Endoscopy, GI Bleed Management, Consults

5–8 scopes/day
-
8–10 new patient consults & follow-ups/day
-
No admissions; GI is consult-only

EMR: EPIC (virtual training required before start)
👥 Support & Environment:

No APPs or dedicated support staff on call

24/7 Trauma, Hospitalist, and Intensivist coverage
-
Adult/Geriatric focus (15+ years and 50+ kg only)
✅ Requirements:

Board Certified in Gastroenterology
-
ERCP & EUS proficient – must be noted in submission

Active CO license or IMLC
-
DEA license (must retain for entire assignment)

Gastroenterology Fellowship

Clean background/malpractice highly preferred
