JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Facility is looking for a GI provider ASAC. Open dates listed below:

• • 8/25/2025 7am - 4:30pm Daily 8/29/2025
  • 10/20/2025 7am - 4:30pm Daily 10/24/2025
  • 10/27/2025 7am - 4:30pm Daily 10/31/2025
  • 11/24/2025 7am - 4:30pm Daily 11/28/2025
  • 12/1/2025 7am - 4:30pm Daily 12/4/2025
  • 12/22/2025 7am - 4:30pm Daily 12/26/2025
    
• Clinic setting: Hospital
• 18 outpatients/20 inpatient scopes per day
• Endoscopy coverage as well as any consults within the time of 7am – 4:30pm
• Support staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs, all services onsite at hospital
• Onsite lab
• Onsite XRay
• EMR: Cerner

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

• Board Certified - Required
• ACLS - Required
• Active MI license & CSR at time of submission - Required no exceptions
• Local Candidates - Driving In - Required
• IMLC - dates of availability/need must be 60+ days out and must be able to provide LOQ for IMLC
• Clean background with no actions (minimum malpractice is OK) - Required
• All candidates should have prior experience (completed Fellowship with minimum of 2-3 years of experience)- Required no exceptions
• COVID Vaccine - Required
• DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
• ERCP is REQUIRED

Additional License Requirements :

• Hep B, MMR, Varicella - vaccine series or immune titer Flu - for current flu season Covid Documentation TB - within 12 months TDAP - adult vaccine (within the last 10 years)
