Job description
We’re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician for a 2-month locum assignment in central Ohio. This opportunity includes full-time outpatient clinic coverage with light call and infusion oversight.
Location: Central Ohio
Start Date: February 1, 2026
Pay Rate: $450–$500/hr (provider pay)
Contract Length: 2 months
Employment Type: 1099 – Locum Tenens
Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

On call approximately 1 week per month (Mon–Mon)

Infusion coverage via phone and EMR messaging

No inpatient admitting responsibilities

PRN availability preferred but not required
Practice Setting:

Outpatient oncology clinic
-
Average 16 adult patients per day

Support staff: RN, MA, and Office Specialist

Charting: EPIC (experience required)
Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology

Active Ohio medical license (or willing to obtain)

DEA required
-
EPIC experience required

Experience in clinic and inpatient rounding preferred

Credentialing: Can be completed in 1 week
