Associate Program Director Gastroenterology

A thriving and well-established multi-specialty group with over 210 providers is seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologist to serve as Associate Program Director within a robust and growing healthcare system. This full-time opportunity is located in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York, offering a unique blend of clinical leadership, teaching, and community impact.
Position Highlights:
* Join a collaborative GI team consisting of two physicians and two advanced practice providers
* Over 300,000 patients in the referral network
* Two GI suites on-site and access to premier ancillary services
* Opportunity to contribute to the development of a regional GI Center of Excellence
* Work in a financially stable and physician-led healthcare organization
* Blend clinical care, teaching, and leadership in a supportive and collegial environment
Academic Involvement:
* Serve in a leadership role within an AOA-accredited Graduate Medical Education program
* Affiliated with a College of Osteopathic Medicine, hosting numerous primary and specialty residencies and fellowships
* Engage with medical students on-site at a newly established medical school campus
* Ideal for physicians with a passion for education and mentorship
Qualifications:
* Board Certification in Gastroenterology
* Strong interest in teaching and program leadership
* Eligibility for a New York medical license
Compensation and Benefits:
* Highly competitive base salary: $540,000 - $675,000
