Job description
We are seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologist to provide locum coverage at a top-tier medical facility in Colorado. This is a 24-hour call position with an ongoing schedule into 2025.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule:
- 24-hour call shifts (8 gratis hours included)
- Average callback hours: 8–10 per shift
- 5–7 days per month, ongoing through 2025
- Current dates: July 28–30 (more dates available)
- Setting: Inpatient, Level 1 Trauma Center
- Procedures/Responsibilities:
- Scoping, ERCP, EUS, Endoscopy, GI Bleed management, and evaluation of GI cases
- Consult service only; no admissions required
- Support:
- 24/7 intensivist and hospitalist support on site
- 24/7 trauma services available
- EMR: EPIC (training modules and virtual sessions required prior to start)
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- ERCP and EUS experience preferred
1099 contract
