Jackson and Coker is partnered with a valued and trusted client in north Texas seeking Gastroenterology coverage for specific dates starting October 31st. Their perfect physician would be comfortable with inpatient call coverage and available for the dates needed. This town is known to have a welcoming downtown with plenty of dining and antiques. Are you or a colleague available?
Current Dates Open:
--October 31 7am - November 7 7am
--December 19 7am - December 24 7am
Details/Requirements of Assignment:
--Board Certified in GI required
--License: Current, active Texas license required
--24 hour ER Call
--Reason for coverage: Vacation
--Volume: About 15 total patients per day, 2 admissions, 10 phone consults
--Beds in department: 35
--Credentialing: 10 days with a clean background
--Required procedures: Upper GI Endoscopy, Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Esophageal manometry interpretation, Small Bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy,
--Level 3 trauma center, 350+ beds
--ACLS, BLS
