A well-established, multispecialty group in Wenatchee, Washington is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join their dynamic and collegial team. The practice offers a balanced mix of procedures and clinical care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an intellectually curious group of eight physicians (general GI, therapeutic GI, hepatology, motility) and six advanced practice providers. Flexible schedules and excellent work-life balance are key features of this opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

Perform approximately 70% procedures and 30% outpatient clinic visits.

Complete 14–16 procedures per day.

Participate in a shared call schedule (1:8 when fully staffed).

Provide consults at one hospital supported by a dedicated hospitalist team (no admissions required).

Travel on a rotating basis to outreach clinics in surrounding communities, including Omak and Moses Lake.

Utilize Epic electronic medical record for seamless care coordination.

Participate in team-based care and collaborate with other specialists and APPs.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree required.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.

Ability to obtain and maintain an active Washington State medical license.

Excellent procedural skills in general gastroenterology.

Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.

Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Working Hours

Full-time position.

Flexible schedule: 4-day or 5-day workweek.

Variable clinic and procedural days.

Shared call schedule (1:8 when fully staffed).

Skills

Proficiency in general gastroenterology procedures.

Strong communication and team-based care skills.

Comfort working in both high-volume procedural settings and outpatient clinics.

Willingness to travel to outlying clinics on a rotating basis.
